Nightlife in Ottawa for people over the age of 30???? |
Travel Info I am 32 and my boyfriend 47...is there any place we can go dancing in Ottawa or nearby with hot music where we won't be the only people over 25??? Any reggae clubs would be good too, he loves reggae. Travel Tips The Elgin street bars tend to be more for the "over 30" crowd. Griffin's sounds like what you're looking for. It's got a small dancefloor (it's a restaurant to start the evening), but plays good stuff. Also there' s Inferno's as well (next to Maxwells).Maxwell's has always been a popular spot, but it's more of a pickup joint than anything. Basically the market area typically is ruled by the younger crowd. I'm not aware of any raggae clubs in town..sounds like a business oppourtunity! |
