The number they ask you to call is a cell-phone number for a Nigerian based gang. Most times they are actually overseas and you'll get billed for a **** load of money because of it. Currently the RCMP (national police in Canada) are monitoring them. "Rose Grand" seems to work under various titles, hotel manager, immigration officer, etc...don't be fooled, she's not real!
