As long as you can satisfy an officer that you are not planning on illegally immigrating to Canada, and you have no criminality or other reason to be inadmissible to canada, then you will may be allowed into Canada. My mom lives in the states with my sister in order to take care of her kids while her and her husband are in American army and they still question her intention each time. She goes back and forth to visit me. |
