Travel Info I'm 20, drinking age in USA is 21, but I'm legal in Canada! So I wonder if on my way back I can drink? I'm not an alcoholic, just want the right to be one. Travel Tips if its a Canadian plane you may be able to. in most cases the airline etc. will go by the country with the highest age limit to prevent law suits and such.Haha, depends on the airlines. If you are flying Air Canada, you should be able to drink. why do you want to be one? i dont think you an because you have to show proff of id thst youare 21 Yes, the Canadian drinking age of 18 (Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba) or 19 (elswhere) applies onboard a Canadian carrier. If you are travelling back on your birthday, yes you can.. Yes,you can. i just wonder why you ask this question because the air stewardess will serve you drinks.
