Hall PQ. is were the action is clubs open late and lots of them. Great food in Hall to. You may find some talented dancers there to.
Tons of culture art centre lots of museums my fav is the National Aircraft Museum. Some good rock & blues bars in Ottawa. Spark Street is the main drag in town some parts are closed to traffic.

Johnny's got it, I think, though it's called Hull, not Hall.
Spending time at parliament hill is really cool. Take a tour of center block of parliament. I LOVE the Canadian War Museum, it's a short walk from downtown. The Canadian Museum of Civilization in Hall is interesting. Go to the Byward Market, it was cool restaurants and shops to enjoy. Laurier House National Historic Site is cool - only Liberal Prime Minister's residence.
