Got Ottawa Valley restaurant (etc) recommendations? |
Travel Info I've been spending time lately getting the @#$* out of Ottawa, tooling around the Ottawa Valley; am off again tonight, so... ...where should I eat? One of us is a vegetarian, and one of us is very much not a vegetarian, so anything too tofu-n-seaweed or surf-n-turf is probably out, but that's the only restriction. Anywhere between Ottawa and Chalk River is fine, really. Suggestions for other neat places to check out would be appreciated too... Travel Tips The Irving gas station in Pembroke has an enormous breakfast at a good rate. Others Where is Ottawa? I am from the states and I know of Ottawa NY, Ottawa, Ontario and Ottawa CA? I want to help just am lost right now... Sorry I think she means Ottawa, Ontario. The capital of Canada. Sorry hon, I have suggestions for within Ottawa, but nothing outside the city is popping into my head. Well, not true - I can think of a couple places over in Gatineau, but the names of the restaurants are illuding me... one was awesome meditarainian food, too. (sorry about the bad spelling) |
