Apartment rentals in St.Catharines,Ontario??? |
Travel Info We're thinking of moving to St.Catharines this summer.We've 4 people(husband and wife and 2 young sons).we've Canadian Permanent Resident cards.If anyone can advise us of all the good areas in St.Catharines that we can rent an Apartment 2 bedrooms and what usually are the costs of 2 bedrooms.We prefer Apartment with only ground floor.We doo not like big Apartment building crowded because our second son he is Autistic and can't stand noise sometimes.We heard Ottawa Surburban is a bit more expensive in terms of Apartment Rentals,housing prices and more commute from the surburban areas into downtown and the Winter time in Ottawa is Colder than St.Catharines which is locate in Southern Ontario.We need your details advise on this matter,especially Areas that we can rent an Apartment and safe,good schools for our kids.Thank you for your help. St. Catharines is large so it depends on if you're looking closer to Lake Ontario, or closer to Niagara Falls/Thorold area. I can't comment on the public schools, but the Catholic schools and school board are good with a good education program and reputation (at least when I was a student years ago). There is one school board is for all the catholic schools in the area (you don't actaully have to be catholic to go, but religion is part of the cirriculum).
