Travel Info Hi the names Jackie and I'm just curious to know what place is great for you and your boyfriend for the weekend best place and best price to go? Travel Tips You are now talking to the Queen of the weekend getaways !! I assume you want something in Ontario. Last time I went away for the weekend I went to Ottawa, but I guess you don't want to go there. Stratford is really nice, but not much going on in the winter. The Albert Place Hotel is fairly cheap. Niagara-on-the-lake is good. Lots of Wineries open in the winter. And it is fun to go to the Henry the Eighth Feast. Check out a night at the Olde Angel Inn. http://www.angel-inn.com/ We went to the Fantasy Hotel in Bellville last summer. The hotel was a hole ! Montreal is always great. We always stay at the Hotel St. Denis. http://www.hotel-st-denis.com/home.asp... Collingwood is nice, especially if you ski. Others Great question; my gal Melrose is planning our weekend trip when I come to the Toronto area to visit her. I think we are having dinner at the tower and seeing a Leafs game. I know Melrose is getting us a hotel with whirlpool suite as she loves to play in the water with my big stick. The hotel will be the most important part as that is where Melrose and I will spend most of our time. Weekend in Ontario? How about going to Niagara? There are lots of good hotels, you can get a suite with a jacuzzi and a fireplace. You can dress-up sexy and go to the casino with your boyfriend and tease him all night......go back to your room and get nasty!!! ;) (there are nice restaurants there as well) I plan to do this with my boyfriend, ilpinman. We just need a good hotel with strong beds!!! San Antonio, Texas is a great place for a weekend getaway. I suggest staying at the Palacio Del Rio. In Ottawa of from Ottawa? i am not sure where you want to go exactly, but you asked in Ottawa category. Many places, from Gatineau Park, Meech lake, Pink Lac, Museum of Civilization, Parliament Hill, Bayward Market, etc Most dont cost much. Parks and lakes are free to visit. |
