Travel Info Anyone else think Ottawa is BORING LOL.? Travel Tips I spent two years in Ottawa as a university student and could hardly wait to return to Toronto. My god... the city is dead in the evenings and on the weekends...guess your typical government town...Only during Winterlude and the Tulip festival were things a little more animated...don't get me wrong, it's a nice city and all but really it has very little to offer in terms of excitement or entertainment (comparatively speaking). It's good for a weekend getaway but no more than that. Others I have never been there; I would love to go, so for now I do not think it is boring :) yup hot air/ airbag capital of Canada i don't know.. i never been there. find a city in canada thats not boring Ottawa is beautiful in the day. But at night! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ottawa is great. Tons to do. Great social scene. I lived there for 10 of the best years of my life. |
