How much money should I bring to argentina? |
Travel Info I am going to argentina for 2 months this coming summer and was wondering how much money I should bring to get me through. And how should I bring it? Travel Tips since lodging and food will mostly be taken care of, you should be ok with $500 in different denominations readily available. if anything, there will be places to convert your dollars (assuming you have it in USD) to the country's currency. also, if you have a bank account and an atm card/credit card, check with the bank or company about being able to withdraw in a foreign land, their withdrawal charges/fees. visa and mastercard are accepted worldwide. Others This will depend on where you are staying . I would say you live confortably on : $50 a night hotel $50 a day for food and drink Argentina is fairlly cheap place to visit. But there are lots of temptations , like great shoes and clothes. I would then budget $30 a day for taxiss drinks, and you must take your friend for a meal . Maybe also think about contributing to the household |
