What to pack to make for a fun trip??

Im leaving for a 5 day trip on Thursday. What could i bring along make the trip even better?

Maybe a journal to insert bus tickets, museum brochures, and your notes as you go.

Also, write down (in code) all the numbers on your credit cards and passport - in case they are stolen.
Remember, less is more! Don't overpack. Just the essentials. Try clothing that coordinates well so you need less. Pack your essentials in a carry-on bag. Well, as much as you can anyway. Can't take fluids on board anymore. Do carry on any medication. Have fun!
Make sure dress in layers!!!!!! Bring alot of somewhat thin clothes that you can pile on and off if the weather changes. Also, a good trick for packing is to roll up your clothes with a rubberband. That way, they stay fairly unwringled and it saves alot of space... alot, so that way, you can have more room for junk...
