Fringe in passport/drivers license photos? |
Travel Info if you have a fringe that goes a bit into your eyes do you have to pin it back- i dont wanna look like an idiot i have to keep them fr the rest of my life!!!! Travel Tips It's better to be safe and get it accepted first time than having to pay again because they will most likely refuse to accept it. I got mine sent back because I had some hair over one of my eyes by accident. It's only for 10 years... don't worry. And anyway it's tradition that your passport photo be really bad! Just grin and bear it... except don't grin because they'll send it back! :) Others knowing how picky they are i would say yes pin it back. i am actually wondering the exact same thing, i'm applying for my first passport, think i'm going to have mine to the side or pin it back to be on the safe side just incase they send it back asking for another pic, i's for my honeymoon in 8 weeks so i can't take the chance of having a delay! I would think it would have be out of your eyes. They made me take off my glasses from the biometric photo for my passport, even though I was wear them all the time because I have very bad vision. Apparently, something in front of the eyes can interfere with a machine being able to analysis the picture. |
