What CAN i bring on an airplane?

i know they passed a law about liquids on air planes, but what can i and cant i bring? i have traveled on an air plane several times the last time i went was last summer.

Besides the 4 containers of 3 ounces of product such as perfume, shampoo, conditioner etc, (which is only for Carry On, if you check your baggage you can bring your normal size product). They also let you purchase items AFTER the security checkpoint that you can now take on the plane...water, soda, liquor, etc.

not very many liquids. if you travel from LAX they have a special gun that can detect if you have explosives and if it passes they allow you to take it abord.
