Shipping to Canada from U.S.?

I want to ship a small box , the box is 11" x 9" and 5.5" deep. I want to send it the cheapest rate.

I do not want addresses to postage sites.

Please give me a price of about what it will cost.

Do not answer if your just going to guess and really don't know.

When I do mail the package the person closest to the correct amount will recieve 10 points.

Why wouldn't you just go to the post office with the package and ask what the cheapest way is?
This is a waste of time.
You could have had it shipped by now.
I need the weight to get the correct cost. And do you want insurance, and if so, for what total value?

The post office offers a "flat rate" Priority box from the US to Canada-- ship up to 20lbs for $23.

Whatever you do, do not use UPS-- they charge the recipient a fee to pick up the package, which can often be more than the package is worth!
