Useful tips for first timer air traveller (domestic)? |

Travel Tips Things to consider: For how long will you be gone for at the place you plan to go to by plane - this will determine how much luggage/baggage you need. Because of the type of security at airports (post 9/11 and other terrorist behaviour), some, if not most, airports will require their customers to use see through bags (i.e. ziploc bags) to show items like toothpaste, etc etc. Items that have the potential to be used as some kind of lethal weapon. Whichever airport you depart from, look at their website and check their FAQs about things such as packing, their security, etc. Others NO LIQUIDS!!! I know that one for sure, they wont let them on. pocket knives a no no. bring some candy or trailmix and maybe an mp3 player if you like music. magazine. anything thatll keep your mind busy or will help you sleep. have fun |
