Where can I find luggage replacement parts? Piggy back Stap?

I have several good roller bags that have lost the piggy back strap that allows you to hang a smaller bag, like a computer bag or back pack to the suitcase. I cannot find anywhere a "universal stap" that could work on any piece of luggage. I found one strap on the internet in Austraila, but the shipping would cost more than the stap. Ideas?

We've had luck finding such straps at Walmart. You might also check at a Goodwill, flea market, garage sale or thrift shop for inexpensive luggage that have tags intact. Contact or search luggage company sights like Samsonite for replacements as well.
