I'm going on a twelve-day trip to Italy and France, and I was wondering what kinds of things I should wear. |
Travel Info Basically, I need to know what's appropriate and what isn't. So, if you've been there, or just know, please help. I'm leaving in about seven days... Travel Tips It's likely to be warm, so shorts and t-shirts will generally be fine for the day. Take trousers/skirts (can't tell if you're male or female) and shirts for evenings plus a jumper/lightweight jacket as it will probably be noticeable cooler later on - dress as you would at home on a warm evening. Pack one or two pairs of longer trousers for day time, in case the weather changes. Make sure you have coverings for when you go in to churches etc. Note that if you are visiting the Vatican, you cannot go in to St Peters in shorts...you will be stopped. You may also have to ensure that your shoulders are covered. I always covered up at each of the churches. If you're female, having a sarong and a scarf in your day bag is recommended. Make sure you have comfortable shoes for during the days too, as you're likely to do a lot of walking. Others wow, your going to have fun!! okay, well you should bring a about 2-3 dresses and dressy shoes. also bring skirts and shorts and jeans. bring some cute tops and tank tops. for shoes wear sandals bring accesories too have fun and hope i helped!! Check the weather of the places you will be going and bring the appropriate clothing. It's should be no different than you going to a place in the US. If you're going to be doing a lot of walking you'll want to bring comfortable walking shoes and socks. Pockets (like cargo pants or something) are helpful to put things in like camera, tourist books, etc. |
