However, the passport agency almost certainly does a name-check before issuing the passport. They may notify your probation office even if they issue the passport w/o asking you any questions. That could look very bad, even if you have no intention of violating your probation. Check with your probation officer before you apply. Others I would sat NO, because usually when youre on Probation, you cant leave the state! So by not being able to leave the state, you most likely cannot leave THE COUNTRY!!! |
