You can take whatever you want as there are lockers inside the parks.

They provide towels there so dont worry about those and there are loads of sunloungers. There is a HELL of a lot of water (obviously) so would suggest flip flops but need to be barefoot for rides so areas are very well maintained to ensure no foot damage when walking around.
