Are the new rules for passports really in affect now or is it just a proposal? |
Travel Info I submitted my application 12 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. Please Help! Travel Tips They are currently in effect...although more changes will take place in Jan. 2008. I would try and contact them and see where your application stands. i think they go into full effect jan 1st 2008 The passport agency has been having problems. If you need your passport soon you need to get help communicating with the passport agency - calling them on the toll-free number will just be an exercise in frustration. You need to call the office of your US Representative (Congressman) tomorrow and ask for help communicating with the passport agency. Call the offices of one or both of your US Senators if you don't get immediate attention and assistance from the staff of your US Representative. Good luck! |
