Does any one have a packing list for a 7 day carribean cruise? |
Travel Info I need help packing for a 7 day carribean cruise so if anyone knows like necessities that you have to have that would be great. im really afraid that i am going to forget something. anything related to packing would be very helpful. thanks Travel Tips Well, in general, I advise people to take half as much clothing as they think they need and twice as much money. In this case though, you will see the same people for all 7 days, and once you arrive at the cruise ship, you won't have to transfer your belongings about, so it's probably ok to bring more than normal. The lists below are great overall, but in my eye a bit more than is really necessary. I find it helpful to organize toiletries by body part e.g., hair, mouth, skin - lol. Also, I'd pack more bathing suits than normal for a 7 day trip because you may not have room to dry out a suit and it's a bad idea to wear wet suits. Personally, if you are traveling on a ship that has a fancy dinner, I'd pack something special to wear for that evening, plus a nice squishable party dress or two along with 4 pair of shorts, 8-9 tops and a sweater or shawl in case of a cool evening. Add to that some comfortable shoes, cute sandals and a pair of flip flops and you're almost there. Happy travels! All you really need to bring is a passport, ID, debit or credit card, camera, clothes, bathing suit, lotion, shoes, a formal gown for when you eat with the captain, personal stuff like a toothbrush and some deoderant. Stuff like that. And that would be about it. Everything you need id on the cruise ship. By everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!! Don't forget your cell phone!!! Here is another list: eye makeup remover/makeup remover freshener/moisturizer cotton balls/q-tips toothbrush/toothpaste/mouthwas... perfume/ body and hand lotions deodorant/talcum powder sun screen eye shadow/liner/mascara/concealer powder/blush lip base/liner/lipstick nail polish/polish remover nail file and buffer/nail clippers and scissors tweezers/sewing kit/small scissors shampoo/conditioner/gel/hair spray brushes/combs bobby pins/clips/bows/hair bands hair dryer/curling iron/shower cap make-up mirror/plug in cube tap clothes steamer/lint brush/Woolite folding tote bag/fanny pack caps/visors Zip-Lock bags/garbage bags purses (daytime and evening) jewelry medicines/bandages/antiseptic cream flasks (scotch/rum/vodka) camera/film/extra batteries/binoculars Walkman/speakers/tapes passport/money/documents/keys (home & luggage) ME |
