Travel Info how and where do i print out my boarding pass and do I NEED a visa to go to rome in october...im new to flying so i need help!!! Travel Tips US citizens do not need a visa to visit many western European countries, including France, Italy, Spain, Holland, England, etc. You can print your boarding pass early if you want but it's not required. Since you will be checking luggage, you have to go to the counter anyway and they can print if for you if you wish. It's useful for yourself to carry your itinerary, but it's not a requirement. I have found the easiest thing to do is go to the e-ticket line and check in at the kiosk. That line moves much faster and then all you do is give your luggage to the person at the counter to tag. Depending on the airport, you usually just take it to the TSA guys from there. Others Firstly where are you flying from? Secondly you will be issued with your boarding card when you check in at the airport (Please arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight). if you are flying from in side the EEC no visa is needed You get the boarding card at the airport. If you are a US citizen visiting Europe for less than 90 days, not working or studying, then you do not need a visa. They will stamp your passport at immigration on arrival in each country. It is useful to have a copy of your itinerary, showing the return flight to US. Immigration may ask for this as proof that you intend to leave before 90 days. Enjoy! |
