Lapland holiday question?

Just wondered if anyone knows....
i have already got holiday booked to lapland in december but now i want to try and get our renewal of marriage vows done whislt out there. however the travel company I have booked with do not do that. can i try and arrange the renewal of vows thingy with a separate company? (Am in UK)
