What would YOU bring to a day at the beach? |
Travel Info please only serious answers Travel Tips iPod a book sunscreen surf board beach towel Others towel, sunblock, flip flops, boogie board, a book Flip flops, towels, umbrella, Spf 45, water, bananas, frisbee, football, plenty of Jimmy Buffet music and a cooler full of Tecate and lime slices. That's my formula for a day on South Padre beach. Can't wait to get back. We bring sunscreen, towels, a blanket to spread out, sunglasses, a camera, sand pails, and a bag with some bottled water and snacks. Think emergencies first, then leisure. Pack first aid, like band aids, disenfectant or one of those first aid kits if you have one. Then, sun screen, change of clothes, etc. Then, beach balls, music and entertainment in general. Then, food, drinks, etc. cooler filled w/ iced tea couple of beach towels iPod umbrella sunblock bottle of vinegar small first-aid kit swim goggles binoculars(because you may want to see something far out on the ocean) -First Aid Kit -Towel -Sunscreen -Sunglasses -Some money if you want to get some lunch directly afterwards -Umbrella or tent (Silly I know, but I saw someone in a tent on the beach before.) -Whatever clothes you want to wear + sandals. |
