but i don't know apart from hand luggage and main luggage can i take shoulder bag with me like ladies hand bag

Yes, you can carry on one bag and 1 personal item, such as a briefcase, laptop bag, and purse/ladies hand bag.

well if you are a lady then yes you can take a hand bag also known as a purse ;-) no just kidding

why don't you just take a backpack or a rucksack and yes you can take a shoulder bag it has to be small enough to fit under the seat !!
