How many space bag will I need?

Im moving, and taking about 6 dresses, 7 pairs of jeans, 13 skirts, and maybe 50 shirts... How many space bags should it take?

It depends on what size space bags you're using. Basically you can stuff the bag full with whatever until you have only a few inches of clearance at the top.

My suggestion would be to get a bunch (like say 15) and open then as you use them. If you don't use them all you can return the rest. If you need more, you'll have a better idea of how many more you need to get.
