Why do some people pack so much for a vacation? |
Travel Info Like they carry so much luggage for only a few days? Some people they take too many nonessential items with them when they take a vacation. Not to sound too sexist but women are very prone to overpack. Travel Tips It's good to be prepared in case we will need some of those items. Plus women pack more clothing with them because we cannot makeup our minds of what to wear. We have such a large selection of clothes. Others I know I do, but I feel if I don't bring it along, I may need it. To be prepared! It's trrue. My wife packs more crap for a weekend trip than I would for a month. i always over pack and i'm only 14, idk it just makes you feel more secure like you couldn't possibly have forgotten everything and like your prepared for every situation women pack as much as they do just to make sure that they have EVERYTHING that they could possibly need, as where men pack what they need and if they need something else will just buy it, women are just freaking crazy when it comes to clothes and makeup and that kind of stuff. are you married or do you even have a gf, they way you ask this question seems to show that you don't, lol. its just preperation even though it might mean taking more time to get ready. Having traveled my whole life I have seen this many times. Many people don't know how to pack their clothes so it takes up less space. Try rolling your clothes, packing items in space bags (sweatshirts/sweaters) or only packing two pair of jeans (they can be worn more than once without being washed). They pack things they won't need like a blow dryer when all hotels have them now. It's up to the individual as to how much they want to lug around with but I prefer to go light and not have to drag heavy items with me. |
