Need some advice regarding passport?

I need to replace a lost passport but i get married in october. i won't need my passport between now and then so can i get it in my married name to save spending another 拢66 after i'm married?

Blimey thats a damn good question and I dont know the answer! I'd like to think that you would be able to get it in your married name other wise they would be penalising you for doing something great!

yes.
No, you won't be able to get it in your married name until that is also your legal name. Unless you change your name before the wedding (like now) you can't get that name on your passport. As long as you have reported it as lost and don't need it yet, I would recommend just waiting.
yes.but the price of a passport has gone up to拢 71 ?
SORRY ,YOU WOULD HAVE TO SEND YOUR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IF YOU WANTED IT IN YOUR NEW NAME BUT YOU COULD STILL TRAVEL FOR YEARS IN YOUR OWN NAME IF THAT DIDN'T WORRY YOU
