Travel Tips I don't know if the rules have changed again since I last flew, but as far as I am aware, any liquid HAS to be in your suitcase or it will not be allowed on the plane. Whether lip-gloss or mascara counts as liquid, I don't know. To be on the safe side, I packed all my make-up and toiletries in my suitcase - saves any hassle at security. Other Travel Tips suitcase Hand, you don't know if the airline will loose your lugage so it is good to be prepared. So long as it is minimal, at the airport they give you a clear bag, you put your belongings in, inside your hand luggage. Have a nice holiday. xx Suitcase; the limitations for carry-ons are so stringent, just pack everything in the luggage itself. i worked in security at the airport, the best place for deodrant is in your hold luggage, although you can carry them in your hand. they may search your bag, in hand luggage, but most of the time, the xray machines (and the people who are qualified to use them), will understand they are aerosols. they will only search if they think there is something suspicious, or they do a random search. so either way, carrying deodrant in either luggage is not a problem |
