When your luggage is damaged by airport handlers, who do you see? |
Travel Info Dureing a recent trip (still in the works) luggage has been damaged. How should it be handled. (They tore off the zipper handles) Now it's almost impossble to open or close. Travel Tips you must file a claim immediately ..go to the nearest ticket counter for the airlines that handled your luggage and ask them how to make a claim ....I believe on the back of your airline ticket it will state the maximum they are liable for... if you have to submit pictures etc to a claims department, make duplicates and ALWAYS send your information (registered mail or by courier)....other wise they can say (sorry we did not receive it).. Others File a damage claim with the carrier the you dad a ticket with / on talk to either the airline u flew w/ or else see if you have to handle it w/ the airport personal. |
