Can I ship my Refigerador laying down rather than upright?

No. Refrigerators contain freon and must travel upright at all times. If you lay a fridge down, you'll ruin it.

Even after you get it to your final destination, you should stand up your fridge for at least 2 hours BEFORE you plug it in just to make sure all the freon is in the right place before you start it up.
