Are you from India? I am from the UK and the time share industry generally has a very bad reputation, especially in Europe particularly Spain. I have noticed over the past 12 months more and more people selling timeshare out in Goa. I would not trust anyone selling timeshare. Do a search on google of their name. What do they charge? how much annual maintenace do you have to pay? may i suggest if you have to pay say 7000rp a week, and 51 other weeks are also sold, then multply that by the number of rooms there are you get a good idea as to how much money they are taking in
