Happy 2007 Others Hotel Village Heritage Right now you will not find any place that is not expensive. Rates/tariffs and even other things shoot up during Christmas to a few days after New Year's. So all places will charge starting from Rs.2000/- onwards. Normally otherwise, Mapusa in North Goa is the cheapest place to stay as it away from the beach but is in the heart of market place. Alternatively, Calangute, Baga, Candolim continue to be mediumly priced as they are nearer to the beach and see round the year tourists.
