It is in the south of Goa, about 10 km north of Palolem. It is one of the quietest beaches and on eof the least expensive. There a variety of guest houses ranging from 250 - 1000 Rupees a night. Taxi from Margao bus or train station to Agonda 500Rs. Return 600Rs. Do NOT go to standard websites. The best place is known by the locals... it is a small bed and breakfast place owned by a Mr. Aishwiri. You can get his advertisement by getting the local newspaper and look in the classified section. There may be an online version.. I'm not sure... |
