I would say there are at least four possibilities:
1. Schools - many of them are bilingual.
2. Universities. Specifically the Schools of English.
3. Foreign language academies.
4. Particular courses (personalized).
La Universidad de Panama. And I'm sure you could land a job at any of the elementary or secondary schools throughout the country. You'll love it, I'm sure.
