Has anyone been to the Tonosi area of the Azuero peninsula?

I'm flying to Panama in May to look at land to purchase near the beach south of Tonosi, has anyone been there and what is the area like?

very nice, but as always, prices are going up.
shop around, and get in contact with people that can get you a better price.
this land is after las tablas on souther end of azuero.
