Which are the best places (nightclubs) to dance salsa in Panama City?

Travel Info
I'm planning a travel there, between July 23rd and July 30th, and it would be nice to have a tour guide throughout my staying there! :P

Travel Tips
Finding a nightclub that plays only Salsa music may be hard, as most places have all types of music; but play sets of Salsa several times during the evening.
An all-Salsa place is "Cocos" at the Panama Hotel lobby, with a good live band and plenty of females willing to dance and maybe more. Fair prices for everything but still somewhat upscale.
"Next" is the largest and best club, in Paitilla by Avenida Balboa; it may be on its way down but used to be full of the local beautiful people. All types of international pop music, and plenty of salsa some days of the week. Ask before getting inside!
There is a newer place, called "La Mansion" in Paitilla, kind of over the top; expensive but fun. More towards pop...
A cool place for younger salsa enthusiasts is "La Cantina" in Marbella. A simple bar, nice people and good music.
There is a Cuban place somewhere in Calle Uruguay, great music and friendly die-hard salseros, for those who like older salsa. Very small but makes for tight dancing.
On the seedier side, you can try "Capo's Bar" in Via Cincuentenario, kind of dark with an older crowd. Good to find a lady to dance the night away.
There is another hit or miss small place: "Montana" in Ave. 11 de Octubre, some of the women are looking for business until the wee hours, but are good looking.
This should get you through your first night! Be prepared for a long one... on weekends, Panama City goes on until, maybe, 7am or more... Source(s): Lived in Panama City until early 2005, great city!
Things may have changed since, but I'm sure not too much.
