Its so pretty.... is a major agricultural center for the central provinces with a lot of its products used to supply Panama. It is also developing as a tourist destination thanks to natural beauty such as waterfalls, rolling hills, curiously geometric mountains and abundance of wildlife. Spanish architecture is a noticeable reminder of Penonome's rich history and importance during Colonial times.

A small, agricultural town on the Pan-Am Hwy near Santiago, Panama. Very tipico, few internationalists. Lots of rice and beans.

It is one of the biggest town in the Central Provinces,capital to Cocle province. It is still pretty small and rural.

Also, they have some pretty good carnavales there... you'll have fun around that time.

It's pretty close to the beach, I'd say less than an hour by car.
