I'm traveling to Panama in Dec. and am trying to figure out how much $$$ to take with me? |
Travel Info I am going to Panama City, Panama and David for sportfishing. My trip is already paid for, now I'm trying to determine how much cash to take with me. I've heard things are inexpensive there, but can you give me some examples. I'll be there fore 8 days. Travel Tips You can eat some pretty good dinners for 5 or 6 dollars if not cheaper. Most things in Panama are a lot cheaper then in the US. I went down last summer and was all over the country for about 3 weeks and I don't even think I spent 1,000 for eight of us. That was eating out 2 or 3 times a week, taking a bus to Costa Rica, going shopping with my 3 girls at the mall and the little things we spent money on. New camera, and gas money for my rental car Others as much as you can afford $300-$350 I think you should be okay with 1500. Food, drinking, and going out...its really cheap....Have a nice trip I would bring 1,000-1,500usd if I were you. I go visit often. |
