Travel Info looking to invest in a business in that area what do the people want and most importantly need Travel Tips Prediction: Tourism has steadily been down the last 5 years and the state economy was actually saved by the construction boom. Now with the hefty increases in homeowners insurance and the jump in property taxes constriction is already down by 2/3rds. Unemployment is sure to increase so businesses that deal with employment should do well so should business dealing with foreclosures. Florida I love but it is in for a hard ride the next 3 years. Others Now it would be very wise to go to Panama city for a couple of weeks say at least two weeks look around in different areas see whats going on for the busy areas check out every thing , safety , rent, leases, living accommodations check as much as you possible can and if possible ask a few questions.
