It's a great place to go!

Dos.... go to the beach(es), tour Panama City, go to a "football" game (aka soccer), go to the towns of David & Boquete on the overnight bus, always be respectful. Take a scenic tour, go to the movies... hang out in the city, go to an all inclusive resort like Decameron. See where the pirates pillaged and plundered! and of course, visit a historical Catholic Church.

Don'ts... drive like a maniac, cause trouble, be disrespectful, go to areas that look like there could be trouble...
