Getting a one month rental will be expensive if you get to find one available.

However you can try getting a hotel room in an extended stay hotel. Try the Apart-Hotel Las Vegas, Apart-Hotel Plaza, Torres de Alba Suites. They have monthly rates that can be flexible enough depending on the room you want.
