Travel Info

Other Travel Tips
Nice project.

Well it all depends on people's eating habits, but anyways it's normal to have breakfast between 5 AM and 7 AM. School and colleges start at 7 and work usually starts by 8, so that's an accurate assumption.

Lunch anywhere from 12:30 PM to 3 PM, specially if you're working and you're out on the road.

Dinner is anywhere from 6 PM to 8 PM for a normal work schedule.

Hope it helps!

Breakfast- 6-8am usually consisting of some Cafe Duran and a michita de pan(roll),or a fried tortilla and sliced hot dog.

Lunch-12-1pm usually some rice and sancocho.

Dinner-5-7pm most definitely consisting of rice and chicken or some other kind of meat.

When I go, I usually try to introduce my family to different styles of food. The same thing is soooo boring.
I am Panamanian-American.
