I used to live on the corner barracks where Howard Air Base and Kobbe meet...what is in those buildings now.

I don't know,I've only gone to the mall in Albrook and the Consulate in the former Fort Clayton.I did hear there was a bilingual elementary school there and they are building gated communities around there also.
