Life is the process of living and dying and the number of days from the beginning to the end that you are granted to breathe in and breathe out. Happiness is what you do with those days. If I am happy it is because I am happy within my self. Somewhere along the way I have determined for myself what makes me happy. And by those defined perimeters I judge if I am in a happy situation or unhappy. In the unhappy situations I still have a choice of what I am going to do with the details. I can live there in the unhappiness or I can move forward.

life is what you make it with a few other things thrown in to test you. Happiness is enjoying what you do. You do not need to be happy all the time just some of the time. Living in the lucky country is indeed happiness as most things are easy to acquire if you need things which most of us do. Special meals for instance I have just had sword fish steaks now that is happiness however a bit expensive (actually a lot expensive)!
I dont know what life is, but happines is in Panama.
