Travel Tips Instead of relying only on websites, I think you should get Michelin Red Guide for major cities in Europe. The Michelin Red Guide is particularly good for European cities. It is so authorative to a point that it can break or make a career of professional chefs and restaurants. Getting a Michelin star is really hard so chefs and restaurants are fighting tooth-and-nail to retain their hard-earned Michelin stars. Their recommendations are usually outstanding. But whether the restaurants they recommend are inexpensive and reasonable, it's another matter. Actually as soon as a chef or restaurant earns a Michelin star, the price goes up exponentially.
