Has anyone stayed at Disneyland Paris? |
Travel Info we are going to disneyland paris in aug has any stayed at the disneypark hotel , would like to know if its worth the extra money you pay to stay there. thanks Travel Tips erm i havent been there. apparently its really nice and would recommend you pay the extra money. Others Yep, the month it open in spring 1992. If you are traveling with a family and plan to be at the park for several days, then yes. If it's just you and a friend, then maybe not. Disneyland Paris is a considerable distance from the City. There are RER trains from central Paris to the park, so you may enjoy staying in town and going to the park for the day. yes & no yes - you are at the heart of things, so you see all the fireworks etc. & don't have to "commute" in, so very convenient no - it IS expensive and there are cheaper alternatives that may also be fun, such as the nearby camps/lodges it depends how much you are "into" the whole Disney experience - e.g. would you like to pay extra to see someone dressed up as Mickey ... or save your money for another type of holiday? I stayed in the log cabin bit. I was 'working' at the time- cushty I know, so I have no idea of quite how much more you have to pay, it was nice and clean and had all the facilities you would expect in a mobile home type accomadation, you got free soap with mickey mouse on the box, but we still drove to the actual park,. so I see that it makes no difference where you stay. |
