Does anyone have links to web pages where I could look for a flat in Paris? And what is the average Price? |
Travel Info I am looking for a studio or one bedroom appartment in a safe place. Travel Tips pap.fr is good, BUT the ads come out on Thursday morning and everything is pretty much gone come the afternoon. Check it when the ads come out and call quickly to set up a time to visit each place. there is also fusac.fr, a free magazine in English for expats/students/anglos in Paris that has a bunch of ads, mostly from people and not agencies. As for average price, a studio or one bedroom in Paris is going to be in the 500-1500 euros a month range. It all depends on the location, size, extras, etc with the 500/m being somewhat akin to a large closet with a futon in it. OK, I am exaggerating a bit, but flats are expensive in Paris.
