Hi, I am travelling on the snow train in a few weeks, which includes waiting in gare du nord for 3 hours for the train. Can you recommend a good bar close to Gare du Nord in Paris?

There is a bar just opposite, good for the Parisian occupation of watching the passers-by. Not cheap, however, and come to think of it, Paris is still too cold for sitting outside. There are plenty of bars about but I wouldn't recommend one over any other.
