Is there still a shuttle service from Calais Port to Calais station? |

I know it says Eurostar in the page title but you will notice that they do book the ferry trip also. One presumes that the company has some understanding of how long things take and tickets you accordingly. Others Yes, there is a free shuttle service from the Calais docks to Calais Central. It is only a fifteen minutes ride but you have to build in times to get off the boat, collect your luggage from trolley reclaim, go through customs and passport control. You walk through customs and immigration police checks and there are queues there.The queues may be quite long as sometimes two ferries from different companies arrive minutes from one another and passport checks therefore take longer to get through. You catch the first shuttle where there is room when you get out of the building. You may have to wait for another if many people have walked through ahead of you, but generally it is pretty quick. The ferry company that you are travelling with usually has all the details of what trains to catch and at what times.
